If you use iTunes you certainly can. The vast majority of my music was ripped from CD's, and a couple of albums I had bought from Amazon in MP3 format. I do not think there is a way unless you have itunes on your computer. Otherwise, you would have to use another app to play the music from the Files app, or for example, put it in a zip file and add that to Voice Dream Reader. Then the album would be named by the zip file name and the songs would play in the order they are in the zip file.
