Ann, I have figured out how to delete the app from all apps on your watch. Go to your watch and go to all apps. Flick up, double tap, once to arrange apps. Find the app you want to delete. I believe it said double tap to delete or you force touch it to delete it but you will know to do that if you get to it and you don't hear double tap to delete. I deleted two.
