If you want to edit the items in your stack, find the stack item and triple tap
it to bring up the context menu. One of the options will be to edit the stack.
If you want to remove an item from the stack, find it by flicking or exploring
and then use the VO actions to delete it. You can also use VO actions to move
the item up or down in the stack, plus there's an icon that let's you drag and
drop each item in the stack.
