Hi Ming, Yes, you can. Open a contact, double tap "Edit" in the top right and there will be a delete button at the ver bottom, you can do a 4-finger tap near the bottom of the screen to get there quickly.
Unfortunately, the new single finger flick down gesture which works in Mail, Messages, Music and a few other places does not yet work to delete contact, definitely one to write to accessibil...@apple.com about and hope they implement it in Contacts in future updates.
