I sent a question to Apple accessibility a couple of days ago, inquiring whether they knew if any of the workouts to be featured in the new Apple fitness service will be audio described. I got a form letter that said thank you for your feedback. We have passed it on to the appropriate department. that tells me they didn’t even read it. I didn’t have feedback. I had a question, a specific one. So at the very least, the reply should’ve said something about I don’t know, but we will check into it and get back to you. But passing it along to the appropriate department? That tells me exactly nothing except that they’ve actually didn’t read my question. I wonder how common this is for them.
