Jenny, I strongly recommend you include specifics in your posts when you wish to get a reply. Referring to past messages without providing their content won't generate many replies I suspect. In addition, make your subject lines detailed enough to communicate the gist of your issue. Many of those on lists get in excess of 300 messages a day and the subject line is critical in managing our emails. I simply delete any posts with subjects such as Need help or Have a question.
