I don’t subscribe to Apple TV+, but if I did and I wanted to watch that show, I would certainly write to Accessibility at Apple and let them know that the audio description is not working. I imagine if you do that, they’ll fix it. I seem to remember hearing about another such case where it was fixed when somebody complained.
