I get the same results when doing reminders in Fantastical II. I have a weekly reminder each Sunday to take a medication. As I look through the calendar, I see only the upcoming week's reminder and not the future reminders. Whenever I mark the task as completed, the reminder moves to the next week automatically. I've tried using the Walgreens app for medication reminders, but found that after some time, it skipped the reminders. So I'm glad the native reminders and apps like Fantastical are much more consistent.
