It would be wonderful if a cheat sheet like that existed, because my sighted
friends are always asking me how to do something and all I can tell them is
how I do it using Voiceover, which obviously uses different gestures.

My Mom just got a new SE20 yesterday and needs help adjusting to it--she
upgraded her 6S. Her YouTube app is not on her home screen, and I am
wondering if the gesture to move between pages is a standard one that both
sighted and blind users access, or if it's a VO specific one.
