Yes, this can be done.
After double tapping on AppleVis to bring up a list of unplayed episodes, if you swipe down that screen you will come to 3 choices, unplayed, all, and settings. Just double tap on all to see a list of all available episodes. To go back to the way it was previously, just double tap on unplayed. Hope this helps.
