Hello, What iPhone model do you use? I have an iPhone SE 2020, I have never had this problem. I am running iOS 14.2 apublic beta, nd all summer when I beta tested iOS 14, this issue never happen to me. I suggest reporting it to Apple Accessibility, and then, beta testing and finally reporting it as a bug their.
