Hi. On Monday, I was on a nine hour trip. I decided to use my iPhone X as a hot spot for my laptop. It worked briefly, but then quit. The only thing that I think might have been the reason was I hit the sleep button to conserve power. I did this twice with the same result. I don't think it was poor cell coverage, although I'm not ruling that out. I just want to know if you have to have the phone unlocked?
