I'm not sure if it's in 14.0.1, but you can add image description to the
rotor in 14.2. So that option might actually be available in the public
version of 14.0.1.

Hi Joy,
Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off emojis for just one app;
however, you can turn them off totally by going to settings,
accessibility, VoiceOver, Verbosity and then turn speak emojis off.
Thanks,

Good evening,
Does anyone know if there is a way to prevent voice over from
naming/describing the symbols/emojis while using the twitter app?
Having to have the coloured hearts, flowers, hands, etc., etc. read
out gets very tiresome very quickly.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Joy
