This is a helpful thread, as I was about to post my own timer question. I want to start a couple different exercise programs, both of which say, to do a particular exercise for 30 or 60 seconds, then move to the next for another 30-60 seconds. The idea is to do as many repetitions as I can in a short time, then do the next set of repetitions. Would one of the aforementioned apps essentially announce the time every 30 seconds? I'm not sure how else to monitor the time without just counting, which could be tricky if I'm not in the same rhythm with my exercises. My only other thought is to touch the clock on the iPhone, which will announc the time each time it changes, but that's a full 60 seconds, not the 30 seconds counter.
