Hi, that’s not the issue, since I always have worn a mask, especially given that I don’t want to be put in the position of having to take a picture of myself before being allowed to ride. I gather there is a checkbox where you are supposed to confirm that you were wearing a mask; voiceover for me isn’t reading it. Before the ride goes through there are one or two steps relating about washing your hands and sitting in the back, and then it says for number three that to wear a mask with underneath saying required, with no indication of what line the check box is on.
