I just noticed this on my new iPhone 11 running iOS 14.0.1. My alarm seemed quieter than normal this morning in the stock Clock app. When I looked in the Sound settings I noticed the ringer and alert volume was at 0%. We'll see what happens tomorrow morning after the adjustment I made.
