To my knowledge if you are not a prime member the rate for free shipping is $25. Before adding to cart, you should see that the product is fulfilled by Amazon. When in check out, where it says see other shipping options, go in there and make sure that the free shipping is checked; if I remember correctly, there may be two check boxes that look like they are for free shipping, but the other one would be if you are prime. After selecting, I believe you hit continue, and then you review, whereupon you would see the initial shipping charge, and then later, minus sign and whatever the shipping charge was. When you see that all that is in order, you place the order.
