Hi Maria, The only thing I can think of is there enough storage on the phone for the update? I did a quick google search and it says you need at least 2.7 gigs. The site I saw recommended 6 gigs free for best performance.
If that's not it, then I would call Apple accessibility. You seemed to have tried most things. Take care and stay safe!
