Both are good for music and phone calls, Bose NC700 is having the best mic in this segment. However on zoom, google meet, and MS team it will suck. If you want to use headset majorly for online conference calls, you should go with noise cancelling mic headphones such as, Jabra Evolve2 65, it is also wireless with boom mic. If your purpose is to listen music and take phone calls with occasional online conference calls, you must go for NC700, its really wonderful headset. PXC552 still need some improvements and in any way its not better in comparison to Bose. PXC552 still comes with micro usb charging pin which is a big drawback of this headset. More over noise cancellation of NC700 is exceptional and PXC552 doesn't stand anywhere infront of it.
