There are lots of 15 inch laptops out there which have a numeric pad. I don't 
think you need to spend the extra money to get something with a touch screen 
display, I did about 4 years ago and bought a fairly high-end Asus Zenbook with 
a 4K resolution touch screen display and while I love the laptop I virtually 
never ever use the touch s creen display. It's like Joe said, sometimes when 
Jaws doesn't behave I might try, but it's literally 2 or 3 times a year and if 
I didn't have it I would get by another way.

Thank you Joe, this is very useful. I too would  rather keep my hands on a 
keyboard. The only plus about this Dell latitude– I don’t remember the model 
number right off is that it had a full-size keyboard that included numb pad.
