Hi Candy, Cloudbeats is an excellent app but I don't believe it allows you to speed up or slow down the audio playback as the original poster requested. If it does allow this speed adjustment, I can't figure out where it is.
The same developer has an app called Cloudbeats Audiobooks which sells for $6.99 and supports multiple cloud services and allows speed adjustment from .5 to 3 times normal.
