Hi. I purchased this speaker originally for my PC, but it still exhibits the same annoying behavior on other devices. What it does is gradually increase its volume to what you have the knob set at, rather than being at that volume. This happens every time there is no sound playing through, then starts playing a sound. If, like me, you're a Voiceover user, this presents a problem. I current have this speaker paired to my Fire TV in the living room, so usually there's sound of some sort coming through it.
