Mark Taylor had posted the below for printing envelopes from the Pages app. There may also be a labels option in the same area so hopefully this will help. To print an envelope from Pages: Open Pages for iOS. In the create new document area, there is a very, very long list of document template styles from which to choose. The document styles are arranged by categories said categories being denoted by headings. So, you can set your VoiceOver Rotor to Headings and quickly move down to the envelope template section from which you may select the envelope style of your choice.
If navigating by headings stops before you get to envelopes, do a three finger swipe up to scroll further through the list.
