in settings or something to that effect. But double tapping on the button you

2.. Scroll down and tap on “Face ID & Passcode”
3.. You'll now be asked to enter your password. Do so.
4.. Now, toggle off the first option that says “iPhone Unlock”
5.. That's it. Face ID is now disabled.
