Check under Settings/Notifications/Do not disturb. It may be scheduled to run during a specific time period i.e. 11 pm to 7 am. You can adjust or disable that schedule in the settings as well as change some other preferences for do not disturb, such as whether you want repeated callers to be able to ring through.
