Yes, it is called iTunes and it runs on a computer. With it, you can set up syncing of your favourites, contacts, calendar appointments, notes, and even back up your entire iPhone. You can also set up most of this syncing through Apple's iCloud, or even Google.
Some people say unfortunately we really need to use iTunes. I personally say fortunately we can accomplish everything through iTunes, so once we learn it, it works fine. Much better, in fact, than the Nokia Suite with the Nokia phones, which became unusable as time continued. ITunes, on the other hand, has become more accessible over time.
