there is a ring with a raised bump at the bottom
Place your thumb on the bump and your index finger at the top of the ring.
push down then twist to the left until it stops
now you should be able to lift the ring out.

I just looked the Anchor headphones up on Amazon and they look impressive.
They are around $40 to $45 depending on color.
I’ll paste the specifications after the link but I have a question.

both Bluetooth and wire capabilities. I use it for both my iPhone and my Dell

If you like the H800 why not just buy a new one?
I also have one and while I wish the battery life was just a bit better and
the on/off slider switch wasn't so cheap, I really like it for wireless use
with the USB dongle and my laptop.
I don't like big over-the-ear type headsets and no matter how good, any
Bluetooth headset (and keyboard) has a small lag and I find myself being just
too fast on the computer to put up with it.
This leaves the Bluetooth connection of the H800 free for my iPhone or
Amazon Echo Dot and the same goes for my keyboard except that it can be paired
with up to 3 devices so in addition to using it with the USB dongle for my
laptop I can use it for my iPhone and my Apple Tv.
