Hi Kim,
I too had this issue for a while.
However, I have discovered that my SE 2020 seems to have a much
more sensitive volume button and so if it is in my holster and I
squat down it tends to be pressed and the volume goes all the
way down.
Is it possible that yours is being pressed
by something and getting turned down? It doesn't take very much
pressure at all to do this.

Hi, Has anyone else notice the volume spontaneously reducing to 0 on the new SE? I had this happen twice today. It isn’t a huge deal now that I know to check the volume. The first time it happened I thought the phone crashed. I am curious if anyone else is noticing this though. Thanks, Kim
