Many 3rd party apps provide short cuts that you can install. "Be My Eyes" has one such available. 1. Open "Be My Eyes" 2. Double tap the "settings" button 3. Double tap the "call volunteer" button under "suggested short cut" 4. This will bring up a screen from which you can tailor the phrase you want to use to activate the short cut and save the short cut on your device. As I say, many non-Apple created apps now support this kind of short cut option. Just look in the "settings" option of any app to see if such exists.
