There is no browser for the Apple TV as far as I know and neither is there an email client and you can't text with it (not sure why you would want to). You do of course have the YouTube app and for things like Facebook if there are concerts you want to listen to, then that is what Airplay would be for, just play the concert on your iPhone and Airplay it to your Apple TV, you will find this in control centre.
