I have the Aftershokz Aropex. I find the battery life to be absolutely
excellent. I have hearing difficulty and these don't interfere at all with
my hearing aids. Also, it separates the sound from my iPHONE from what's
coming into my hearing aids which is very useful. If I want to listen to a
movie or audio drama, I would use my AirPods as they give much fuller
sound. However, for podcast or spoken word content, the Aropex are becoming
my preferred headset while writing. You do lack some bass but it's not a
complete absence. If you want music for background it does a fine job. I
have the Titaniums and the Aropex are a nice upgrade from them. The
transducers are much smaller and the headset is far more comfortable to
wear. They're great for walking outdoors when you want GPS directions
without sacrificing hearing. Also, the mic and noise cancellation for phone
calls works far better than the Titaniums did. I have confidence that
people will actually understand me even in windy conditions. They're worth
the price if you go in with the right reasons and expectations.
