Hello, I upgraded from a 6 s plus to a 12 pro max. I don't remember when they took 3d touch out of the phones, but my 6 s plus has it, and this one doesn't. That hasn't been a big deal, because I just one finger double tap and hold and get the result I want. However, this isn't working so well when I want to make an audio iMessage. On the 6 s plus, I simply hold down on the record audio button, and whether it's a minute or two while I'm talking, it will end when I lift up. If I do this now on the new phone by double tap and hold, it will work for short messages of about five seconds, but it seems that if it goes ten seconds or longer, I lift my finger and voiceover says pause and the camera buttons and apps hidden. There doesn't seem to be a recording there anymore, and activating the pause turns to play, but no audio is played. Am I doing something wrong, or is this broken? It's one of my preferred ways of sending messages to other iphone users. Thanks,Matthew
