You may want to check on this. Verify if the settings under accessibility then spoken content then pronunciation. In there check to see if there’s any word that is a substitution for The word paragraph for example, if I created in pronunciation a word Let’s say “hello” and substitute that word to dodo , voiceover is going to read the word paragraph any time it sees the word “hello” Just a thought.
