It simply means that the device can be used as a
regular toaster oven, but it also can be an air
fryer where a very small amount of oil is used
to do things like french fries or other deep
fried items, you get a very similar result to
deep frying, but with maybe a spoonful of oil.
I just ordered a similar product from Instant
Brands (also known as Instant Pot), they have
the Omni Plus Toaster Oven which can bake,
convection bake, dehydrate and other things as
well as do air frying. That device is not
connected in any way and I don't yet know how
easy it is to use for a blind person since it hasn't arrived yet.

accessible using the accompanying app. I love
it. You can also pair with your Amazon echo. But
