Just move in front of the Apple TV and the old remote will pair
automatically. You can buy the remote from Amazon if necessary. I bought a
couple as backups, because I also think they are much easier to use.

You can pair a Bluetooth keyboard with the apple tv 4. The apple tv 4k's
remote is much the same. It is very accessible but takes some practice and
patience
