Hi Donald,

What Jenny said is sort of what should happen except that the keypad could
be hidden in which case you have to locate the "Keypad" button, double tap
it and the keypad will appear.

Now, if you are running iOS 6 some people have a problem where Voiceover
volume is very low and hard to hear over the call volume. However, I assume
that for a conference call you probably use a headset since it's more
comfortable anyways and if you are not I highly recommend you do so since
entering the numbers is much easier than if you try to do it in speakerphone
mode.

Good luck,
Sieghard

Subject: making calls

Hello again,

Ok, so one of the primary uses for my iphone is to make conference
calls for work. I can call into hte conferencing center no problem,
but once there, I have to be able to enter a conference number and
password.

How do I do this?
so far I have found no keypad available for me to use to enter these
numbers when I need to.
