Same thing here with the same solution with my wife. Actually, rebooting the watch did not remedy it. In fact, I actually went through the process of unpairing and re-pairing my watch which didn't fix it either.

It definitely is a bug. You should be able to flick right to the OK button but you can't. I called Apple care and spent 2 hours on the phone trying to figure it out and couldn't do it either.
