You can get the stand from the NFB market place. As for documents, I think they do a pretty equally good job. I honestly do not know if Tomas Wardega has stopped making the FOPYDO stand, or if he has just had to stop selling them directly due to his stupid post office requiring too many hoops to allow him to send free matter for the blind. At one point, he was going to sell them through the NFB Independence Market. As far as my favorite stand, I'd say they are tied. The Scanner bin is great if you are not traveling. But, if I knew I was going somewhere where I might need/want to scan some documents or whatever, I would take the FOPYDO as it is easier to collapse and take with. The Scanner bin will collapse, it is just bulkier and I think might not take as many repeat collapsing and setting up again. I now default to the scanner bin at home because I have it on a shelf and just pull it out and do my scans. No setup required.
