I've never tried it but that's how I would expect it to work, The microphone recording you is the concern to me, I'm not sure how that will work, But the video / voiceover recording from the screen / device would be the key thing if the recording is picked up well.

The app is fairly large and complex with multiple levels and options within each screen.
