Kevin, No I am not having this issue. I understand that when I am in a list of messages or emails that the rotor will automatically change to the Action feature. I quite like this as I no longer have to fuss with the rotor and do not have to go into the edit screen to delete messages. I quite like this feature. I have noticed that if I have my rotor set to vertical navigation it does not default to the Action item though. Pisses me off when this happens and I am looking to quickly delete a few spam messages or whatever.
I guess it comes down to personal preference but I love this addition to the rotor myself.
