The basic structure to the add/edit contact screen is you have a label button followed by the field. You double-tap on the label button to change the name of category such as home or work or other. You type in the field to add or change the actual information. Initially, there is one field for each category. When you enter data in to the text field, the edit screen automatically provides another text field in the same category with a different label for the button. Again, just double-tap on the button to select another label.
The categories are, pretty much in order from the top: Name (first) name (last) name (company) phone number email address web page physical address Again, You can have multiples in any category, and you can change the label for any field. This is the most flexible and most dynamic contact database I have ever worked with.
