I am having an issue with DigitEyes in that when I activate the “SCAN” button it no longer seems to be continually taking samples of the target package. It seems as though it is only taking one “capture” without any sound indication whereas it formerly would continually offer a auditory signal that it has attempted a capture of the package in searching for the UPC. This is happening on both my iPhone 6 (iOS 12.4.7) and iPhone 8 (iOS 14.3).
I have checked the sound volume and that is in appropriate order.
