Hello, Some folks have reported a similar problem. The solution I have read involves the Voiceover "activities" feature.
1. Open the Voiceover settings 2. Open the "activities" option. 3. Double tap the "programming" item. 4. Find the "punctuation" setting and double tap. 5. Set this to "none".
