Telegram, signal, audio messages from your iPhone to another iPhone user, and maybe FaceTime groups, although of course that doesn’t work cross platform. Signal in telegram are cross platform. A major issue with signal, if you like toA major issue with signal, if you like to send longer messages, is that you cannot lock the record button like you can on WhatsApp or telegram. You actually can’t lock the button, but when you do, voiceover goes totally silent that you cannot find the send button. Audio quality for signal and telegram is very good. Telegram has some unlabeled buttons, but a lot of the app I think is more intuitive than signal. Neither is perfectly accessible. I know you can have groups on telegram. I’m not sure about signal.
