The Trekz Air were a bit bigger and a bit less comfortable for longer periods. Also, the audio just wasn't as clear and lacked a bit more base. The aeropex are great at noise isolation, they vibrate less, are lighter on the head, the band is narrow and flexible, and I am a fan of the magnetic charger cables rather than micro USB.
