Richard, I have been using the app for 2 years. The app is fully accessible with voiceover, meaning that all buttons are labelled. The interface is easy to navigate & use. For the things that I listed that I do with the app, The Free version without the in-app purchases works for me. It works great for recording doctor appointments & meetings, because sections can be marked for easy reference. The app is free, why not download & try it out for yourself.
