NOT everything syncs across devices. Especially non-Apple purchases. Or are you talking about the email receipt? A bit more detail would help. I'm pretty sure the vaccine issue is that the iPhone has the necessary hardware for this new process. It is not available where I live yet, so that is just a guess.
