Hi Shirley, Here are step-by-step instructions on how to delete the draft email. These steps will need to be followed each time that you need to delete a draft email.... 1. Open the email app. 2. Tap on compose to open a new blank email. 3. Tap on minimize draft. If you touch the bottom of the screen you should find 2 drafts. 4. Tap on the drafts. A list of the 2 drafts will be displayed. Do NOT open either of the drafts. 5. Swipe down from the top of the screen until you come to Close Draft. Tap on this to close the draft. 6. Once again swipe down from the top of the screen until you come to Close Draft. Tap on this to close the draft. Note: To make a draft of an email is saved to the Draft folder, to be completed later & sent- Tap on Cancel. You will be asked if you want to Delete or Save the email as a draft. Tap on Save. You will find a copy of the draft email that you saved at the bottom of the screen. Follow the steps above to get rid of the draft. Don’t worry, the draft will be in your draft email folder.
