The short answer is no. Apple won't let third party apps use Siri voices yet. When you use it with Kindle, you are using VoiceOver to read, not the Kindle app so far as the voice is concerned. So, like many, many, of us, please write accessibil...@apple.com<mailto:accessibil...@apple.com> and request that they allow app developers to use Siri voices, especially book reading apps like voice Dream Reader.
