I didn't go all the way through with the checkout process because I don't want to buy the book, but after clicking on the link it took me about 30 seconds to select the format I wanted from the drop down list, add it to the cart, read about the options to include a donation and click the "Begin Checkout" button. Here it seemed pretty straight forward as well, you could either sign in with your email and password if you had an account or enter you email, a password and confirm to create a new one. Very standard and, as one would expect, accessible.
